Today take time to tune in and feel, listen to what it means to you to be authentic, to be true to you. Give space for curiosity and ask the question "when do I feel authentic, truly aligned with myself?". Take a breath and let the answer come...it might be from a feeling in your body, from a sensation when you see something which suddenly lights you up, from a conversation you feel passionate about.
Give yourself permission to connect to being true to yourself without judgement or expectation from yourself and others.
And if you feel like in, take note, put it into words somewhere where you can find it again.
